DONATION TERMS

www.azilsrbija.rs is a website that operates in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce and all other applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Serbia. The detailed donation conditions are listed in the following text. Please get acquainted with them before donating.

 

Donating

To donate, please abide the following steps:

1. Enter information (name, surname, email address, country of origin)
2. Enter the amount you wish to donate
3. Final overview of information
4. Review and Confirmation of the donation

 

Entering the amount you wish to donate

In the donation amount field, you need to enter the amount you wish to donate and select a currency.
All transactions on our site are calculated in dinars (RSD). If you have chosen another currency, the transaction value will be converted into dinars according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

 

Review and Confirmation of the donation

Before you confirm the donation, you can check all transaction details once more: amount of the donation, donor information.

The following payment methods are accepted:

–          Payment Cards (Credit Card) (online payments)

If you own a Visa, MasterCard that is approved by the bank for online payment, choose this method of payment. Once confirming your transaction, you will be redirected the Banca Intesa Belgrade website. On the bank’s website, enter your card details and make a payment. If the transaction was successful, you will be sent back to our site that will inform you of successful payment completion. In the event that your payment was unsuccessful, you will be forwarded to our information page on unsuccessful payment transactions where you will be able to choose another form of payment or attempt processing your payment again. For security reasons, your payment card information is only visible to Banca Intesa Belgrade as a card processor. The bank site is protected and safe for this method of payment.

 

Protecting Confidential Transaction Information

When entering payment card information, the confidential information will be transmitted through a protected (encrypted) public network form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, which are the most up to date, state of the art cryptographic technology.
The security of the information during the purchase is guaranteed by the processor of payment cards, Banca Intesa Belgrade, meaning the complete transaction process is carried out on the bank’s pages. No payment card information is available to our system at any moment.

 

Protecting User Privacy

„ On behalf of Asylum Protection Center, we commit ourselves to protecting the privacy of all of our donors. We collect only the basic user information necessary for our operating systems and to inform users in accordance with good business practices to provide only quality service .

All user data is strictly stored and made available ONLY to employees, to whom such information may be necessary for doing business. All Asylum Protection Center employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.”

 

Statement regarding Conversion

All transactions on our site are calculated in dinars (RSD). If you have chosen another currency, the transaction value will be converted into dinars according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.  Your payment card will be charged the stated amount in dinars. In the event that your payment card is not linked to a dinar account, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted into the currency of your account according to the rate of your bank or the issuer.

 

Refund

„In the event of a refund, regardless of the reason, to a donor who, in part or fully paid using a payment card, Asylum Protection Center is obliged to make such a refund solely through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro methods of payment, meaning that at the request of the seller (APC/CZA), the bank will make a refund to the account of the card user.”
