APC/CZA mobile team monitor the border between Serbia/Croatia/Hungary.

03.09.2020. Sid, While visiting an open location in Sid, the mobile APC/CZA team of lawyer and psychologist providing legal and psychosocial support/counseling for refugees to understand their legal position, their rights, obligations and possibilities to protect themselves.

APC/CZA mobile team monitor the border between Serbia/Croatia/Hungary, the refugees in Sid open location try to cross the borders to Croatia every day, mostly toward the border crossing at Batrovci, They often get spotted by the police and the police destroy the charger inputs or the phones themselves when they got caught, and often experiencing physical violence, kicks, and illegally push back.

APC/CZA team providing legal advice and psychosocial support for the refugees who got illegally pushed back to Serbia and assisting them to get register in the police station and accommodated in one of the Reception center and informing them how to access the asylum system.
